The Rape of My Soul

When a literal rape happens it is frightening, debilitating, terrorizing, and completely shacks you to the core. You don’t feel safe or secure anymore. It takes all you have some days to get out of bed. You feel like a shell of a person. It takes the walking wounded to a new level.

It leaves you physically, mentally, and emotionally destroyed. It is devastating and debilitating at the same time.

It leaves scars from all the trauma you suffered. It feels like you are being stabbed over and over again! Because in your mind you relive it over and over again! It causes nightmares, instability, and insecure feelings that rob you of life.

A life you were supposed to have free from this trauma and these negative feelings about yourself: you will even blame yourself. But you are not at FAULT.

This is the rapist's fault and what they took from you is hard to express in words.

Narcissism

Narcissism is an EVIL RAPE. It is the rape of your soul.

Some of the traits and tools a narcissist will use are gaslighting, emotional manipulation, isolation, love bombing, devaluation, projection, triangulation, and blame shifting. THEY are never responsible and will NOT take the blame. It is all YOUR FAULT!

Just as in a physical rape, you are left with feelings of WHAT THE HELL just happened to me.

It is unspeakable what they do and how it makes you feel. You feel like your life has been ripped apart, and you're not sure what to do or how to put it back together again!

It is like being stabbed over and over again! You cannot feel all the damage that has been done to your body. You are NUMB!

The damage is internal, and people cannot see all the wounds you possess.

The damage is in every aspect of your life. You are destroyed physically, mentally, emotionally, and sometimes even financially.

They are EVIL and will take everything from you including your life. They will DESTROY YOU at any COST.

The DRAMA

They bring so much DRAMA AND CONFUSION to your life. It is all about them.

It is like going to a 5 Star Show. They cause ALL the problems and confusion. If they do not get your attention, they will CREATE PROBLEMS to get your attention.

They will manipulate, control, bully, criticize, demean, and gaslight you without a second thought.

They can put on a show in public, so people think they are the nicest people. While behind the screens they are in my book PURE EVIL. But that is my opinion.

They have two personas, a public one and a private one. In public, they are the nicest, kindest, and most empathetic people.

In PRIVATE they are the cruelest person ever to meet. They don’t care about you and how you feel. They don’t have any empathy. They NEVER LOVED YOU.  They don’t know what real love is. They are the BEST ACTORS you will ever see in life. It is all an ACT.  The show is to destroy you and your life.

They DESTROY YOU piece by piece. They leave as a shell of a person just like a literal rape. But now it is “The RAPE of Your Soul”.

DECIDE TO TAKE BACK YOUR LIFE TODAY.

Do not let them destroy your life!!! Take back your power and life and live it to the fullest extent possible.

Leave them and go no contact and don’t ever look back.
